My daughter is in the allergy class at school although she doesn't have allergies. They are very limited to what they can have! One of her classmates Mom asked me to do an allergy friendly treat for her friends on her birthday. All but one can have rice krispie treats, canned frosting and chocolate. So this is what I came up with. No fear....the other little girls Mom brought me her brown rice krispie treat that I added 2 melted marshmallows to and formed it into a cupcake along with the others.
